Acceptable documents as evidence for Address and Go CV+
Only certain documents can be accepted in order to validate your address and eligibility for Go CV+
Below is a list of documents we will ‘Approve’ to validate your address. The evidence must show both your name and address and NO personal photographs will be accepted:
- Bank Statement
- Council Tax Letter
- Driving Licence
- Home Office documentation
- Job Centre Plus letter
- Letter from Department of Work & Pensions
- Medical correspondence
- Online shopping receipt
- Tenancy Agreement
- Utility Bill
- Electoral Registration / Polling Card
- Screenshot of Gov.uk Universal Credit

Any image or document uploaded that does not meet this criteria will be ‘rejected’ .
You will have an opportunity to resubmit if necessary.
All documents are automatically deleted after being ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’ in order to comply with GDPR Regulations.
