  1. The Promoter of the Prize Draw is Coventry City Council, PO Box 7097, Coventry, CV6 9SL.
  2. The Promoter is working in partnership with E.ON Energy Solutions Ltd, Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8LG.
  3. The Prize Draw is open to Coventry residents aged 18 years or over with a validated Go CV account, with the exception of employees of the Promoter and Go CV, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.
  4. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  5. All entries must be submitted via Go CV using link https://myaccount.coventry.gov.uk/service/Go_CV___Competition_entry. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  6. The opening date for entries is 9am 17 March 2025. The closing date of the Prize Draw is at 23:59 on 30 March 2025. Entries received after this time and date will not be included in the Prize Draw.
  7. In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
  8. Anyone entering the Prize Draw must have registered for a Go CV card before submitting an entry.
  9. A Go CV card number is included in classifying an account as valid, therefore a card number is required.
  10. Only one prize per household can be won.
  11. The Promoter will not accept entries that are (i) automatically generated by a computer, (ii) completed by third parties or in bulk, (iii) illegal, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with, (iv) offensive, or (v) incomplete. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
  12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. Proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw will not be accepted.
  13. The winners will be chosen by random draw, performed by a computer process no later than 12 noon on 31 March 2025.
  14. The winners will receive:
    • A matchday experience including premier seats, food and a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival!
    • Tickets are available for:
      • 2 tickets – Sat 5th April – CCFC vs Burnley – kick off at 12.30pm.
      • 4 tickets – Fri 18th April – CCFC vs West Bromwich Albion – kick off at 3.00pm.
      • 4 tickets – Sat 3rd May – CCFC vs Middlesborough – kick off at 12.30pm.
      • Hospitality starts around 2 hours before each game available from the Balcony Street Bar. 
  15. Some additional information:
    • The dress code will be smart casual, We politely ask that guests refrain from wearing replica shirts, ripped or bleached jeans, sportswear (including tracksuits), hats, caps, flipflops or sliders. Smart jeans, tailored shorts and smart trainers are permitted.
    • For children under 12 years, the dress code is relaxed, and they can wear replica shirts.
  16. The winner will be notified via email or/and phone before 12:00 on 2 April 2025. The winner is required to provide an email address and telephone number so that contact can be made. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter by 12 noon 3 April, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  17. The winners will be sent electronic tickets to the email address provided.
  18. The first name of the winners will be announced to the public.
  19. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative is offered.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  21. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  22. The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will announce the full name and area of the Prize winner. By entering the Prize Draw, it is deemed that you consent to the publication of your full name.
  23. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  24. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  25. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize Draw except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  26. Personal Data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Go CV’s Privacy Policies available at https://go-cv.co.uk/privacy-policy/  
  27. By submitting your Prize Draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to (i) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (ii) waive all moral rights, in and to your Prize Draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
  28. The Prize Draw will be governed by English Law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of English Courts.
